Scope and Contents Note
This collection contains tintypes (or ferrotypes), daguerreotypes, ambrotypes of people and places in Arkansas. Most of the images in the collection are portraits of individuals or couples. These images have been placed in this collection to provide for special handling of the materials. Box 1 contains the images which are not in leather frames or cases. Box 2 contains the images that are gilded and are in leather cases or frames.
