Scope and Contents Note
This collection contains photographic prints reproduced from glass negatives of portraits of individuals, families, and school groups taken by William L. Howard during his travels by wagon through Lonoke, Faulkner, and Pulaski counties, Arkansas, circa 1900. Many of the backdrops used for portraits were designed by Howard.
